Payment Policy

Our top priority is ensuring that your journey is seamless and filled with excitement from start to finish. We are proud to have established a payment policy that guarantees our clients receive the best possible experience. 

Deposit and Booking Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is required to secure your spot on the Barbados Crop Over group trip. The deposit must be paid within 1 week of receiving the booking confirmation to finalize your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Schedule

The remaining balance can be paid in full or in monthly installments up to 90 days before departure. For installment plans, the remaining balance is divided into 5 equal installments (20%) with the final payment due on April 15.

If the balance payment is not received by this deadline, the reservation may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. If one or more payments are overdue by 7 business days, your reservation is subject to cancellation with no amount refunded. Installment plans can have customized amounts paid (subject to the minimum due) and can be paid in full at any time before the final payment is due.

Payment Methods

We accept payments by credit card and bank transfer. Payments can be made online through our secure payment gateway. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% convenience fee.

Discounted Pricing

We may offer discounted pricing for early bird bookings, group bookings, and other special promotions. The discount amount and terms will be clearly stated in the promotional offer, and clients must comply with the terms to receive the discount.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Traveler: If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply (Crop Over and CayMas packages only):

  • Cancellations made 90 days or more before the trip: 50% of the total cost paid will be refunded, minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations made 89 days or less before the trip: No refund. 

 

Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event that the trip is canceled by the organizer, all payments made, including the deposit, will be fully refunded.

Changes and Modifications

Any changes to your reservation, including modifications to the number of travelers or accommodations, must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional fees.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
