Booking and Payment
To book a tour package with us, users must contact us through email or by filling out a form on our website carribeanislandfestivals.com. A deposit will be required to secure your reservation. Payment for the package must be made in in full 90 days before departure. Due to costume availability, any payments made after that date will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to change or amend the tour itinerary at any time. We will make every effort to notify you of any changes as soon as possible. In the event that a significant change is made to the itinerary, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward future tours.
Travel Documents and Passports
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and any required visas, to enter the Caribbean. We are not responsible for any expenses or fees incurred as a result of failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that users purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. We do not provide travel insurance, and the user is responsible for obtaining their own coverage.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the user as a result of the tour package or any activities included in the itinerary. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss of property during the tour. We are also not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, political unrest, or airline cancellations.
Code of Conduct
Users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly during the tour. Any behavior deemed disruptive or offensive to other participants or tour guides may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
